HONKERS

A stereo brass instrument you play with both hands on the keyboard. D honks the left voice out the left channel, K the right — hold them together and the two horns answer each other across the stereo field.

Each hand has its own scale bank, and its own modifiers: S/F step through notes, X/V shift octave, W/E/R (and U/I/O) hold mute, swell, and bright. Two sliders shape the whole horn — air and brass. The pink pools breathe with the sound.
